Gary worked hard to sell our property. Before Gary agreed to help sell our property, other agents from other companies dropped the ball. They failed to generate interest in our home. In the six months they had our property, no one looked or even called about it. Our home was in a very rural area 20 to 30 miles from the closest town, so understandably it was a hard sell. When we signed with Gary, things looked up from the start. He immediately generated interest through advertising and other means. By the time our home sold, we had 10+ people look through our home with several potential buyers.
